I love how having my summers off allows me to pause and reflect. I was sitting alone with my oldest son talking, laughing, and reflecting on him growing up. I looked at his beautiful brown skin observing the sweet peach fuzz on his face. I tried to envision him as an adult, but really couldn't imagine. Seems like he'll forever be my big baby.

Today I was blessed to spend time with a true visionary. Korto Momolu was kind to allow me to share a day in the life of hers, and it was a taste of heaven that I will never forget! It left me hungry for more!

God's Awesomeness 6-22-11

I was sitting in my dining room office combo today and was drawn once again to the colors in the evening sky. They're only there for a moment before nightfall hits, so I am so glad I was able to capture God's awesomeness. I'm really drawing inspiration from these photographs I took.

Summertime!

Gotta say I love summer and even better, I love having my summers OFF WORK!! I just love sitting out and soaking up the sun. The photo taken above was of my husband and son cooling off after pruning the bushes and trees. The other was taken yesterday at sunset. I found the beautiful colors peaceful and relaxing.
